What is cold email marketing?

Cold email marketing is a digital marketing strategy that involves sending personalized emails to people and businesses. These emails are often used to promote products or services, share company news, or build relationships with customers.

Email marketing can be an effective way to reach a large audience and drive sales, as long as it is done thoughtfully and in compliance with regulations such as the CAN-SPAM Act.

Is cold email the right choice for me?

Reach thousands of people each month without hurting your domain health. Cold email is best for B2B marketing. If your service or product is over $500 cold email could be a smart choice.

How do we avoid spam?

In order to protect your business we purchase new domains and google workspace accounts with domain forwarding to your main website. Using an email address that comes from a .com TLD helps prevent being flagged as spam and has an overall better impression. A domain that ends with .com has universal recognition and trust, while .net and others are less recognized and trusted.

Before we launch a campaign each email address is put into an AI warming pool for 2 weeks. When an email address is "warming up" it is sending emails to other addresses and mimicking real human behavior such as scrolling through messages and replying to conversations. Each email address has a health score determining if the addresses should be used or not. A bad score indicates the account was reported as spam. If an account is reported as spam we need to put the address back in the AI warming pool until the health score is back over 90%. Using these tactics we can guarantee that your message does not get lost in spam and your main website will never get flagged.

Why Use Multiple Domains?

Spam trackers know that a human cannot send thousands of emails, but 30-50 emails a day per domain is able to avoid being flagged. Between each email sent is a 7 minute timer with an additional random 1-2 minutes of added time allowing the domain to pace out the emails throughout the day during business hours.

What Happens If a Domain is Flagged

Businesses that attempt to mass send hundreds of emails using their main email address and domain are likely to get flagged as spam. Making the entire effort useless and hurting rankings on google in the process. Getting flagged as spam negatively impacts your SEO and paid ads and is just not good for business.
